What sort of projects can you help with?


We have a wide and varied skillset within the Life ADDmin team - project management, finance, charity admin,  small business ownership, childcare, event management, foster care, photo organising. There are lots of things we can do and some things we can't. We can turn our hand to most things but we will be honest about whether you are better off with someone with differing expertise. We can even source them for you if needed. Some of the things we have done in the past include:

  • Organising a 50th Birthday party
  • Digitising a photo collection and creating a folder structure
  • Putting a shortlist together of homes to buy
  • Booking car servicing and MOT
  • Putting together travel itineraries
  • Sourcing trusted tradespeople and overseeing a renovation

Are you the best people to help me with these tasks?

There are experts out there for most things you need in life but often you choose not to utilise them for many reasons. We are almost like your own personal assistant - there to do the things you just don't have time or knowledge for but want to keep in house. If we know you would be better using someone else either from a cost or quality perspective, we will let you know.

How do you know where to find people from ?

As part of our Life Admin service, we will do the necessary due diligence to find suitable alternative services to meet your needs. We will determine the parameters for your needs and research/call/check reviews for any alternative services we find.

Can you help me on an ongoing basis?

We do have some clients that we assist with regular weekly/monthly tasks on a rolling basis. Our aim is to help you organise your home and daily life in such a way that most of the tasks are easier for you to manage. However, we are always happy to see our clients so if you feel you would benefit from regular sessions then please just ask.

When you find contacts for me, is the contract with you or the service provider?

The contract for any work with be with the service provider.

How will we communicate on tasks?

Depending on your preferences, we can do catch up phone calls, Zoom, use a digital task manager or email. We will discuss that with you prior to the project starting. We will work within an infrastructure that suits you.
